What water polo camps do you offer?
Navy Water Polo Camps are available in either 3 or 5 day sessions. Both the 3 day and 5 day camps are available in either daily drop-off/pick-up or overnight stays. The 3 day camp may also be referred to as a mini-camp and the 5 day as the week-long summer camp.
Who can attend the water polo camps?
All boys and girls ages 10 to 19 are invited to attend the Navy Water Polo Camps at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, regardless of water polo experience or ability.
Where is the water polo camp located?

What’s the difference between day camp and overnight camp?
There isn’t much difference other than overnight campers are given a room for the overnight stay and breakfast in the mornings. Lunch and dinner is provided to both day and overnight campers.
Where is the overnight accommodation?
During our 5 day camp, the campers will stay in Bancroft Hall on the Naval Academy Yard. During our 3 day camps, we usually put up the campers in a local hotel
**Please be sure to keep an eye out for your specific camp’s instructions. Sometimes our 5 day/3 day camp is able to house overnight campers on the Yard. This depends on the midshipmen schedule and when they return to campus.
Are meals included?
Yes, overnight campers are provided breakfast, lunch and dinner (beginning with the meal that naturally follows check-in and ends after breakfast the morning camp ends). Day campers are provided lunch and dinner.
**During the 5 day camp, the schedule typically allows for two “in town” lunches. This is at your own cost and campers will choose a place and pay on their own. Please be sure to send money with them if they would choose to eat in town.
Is transportation included?
No. However, we do offer a shuttle to and from BWI Airport at an additional cost of $15 per shuttle. Please fill out this form if requesting transportation.
If you are an overnight camper, you must meet at check-in and use the transportation provided by camp. This means, all overnight campers for the 5 day camp must check-in at the Navy-Marine Corps Stadium and take the camp bus onto the Yard to their rooms.
All overnight campers for the 3 day camps must check-in at the local hotel and take the coach van to and from there to the Yard for sessions.
How do I get my stuff to my room if I can’t drive on base for the 5 day camp?
Pack strategically. From check-in at the Navy-Marine Corps Stadium, all campers (NOT parents) will take a bus to the dorms. The campers will need to plan to be able to carry everything themselves on and off the bus and up stairs to their room.

Do you offer group discounts? And how do we get it?
3 day camps: For groups* of 10 or more players we offer a discount $50 per camper.
5 day camps: For groups* of 13 or more players we offer discount $75 per camper.
*To be eligible for the group discount, each and every player must register with exactly the same team name. For example, the Naval Academy Aquatic Club team is also called Navy AC, Navy, NAAC, etc. To qualify for the discount, as a team we would need to all agree to use the same version of our team name.
What is your cancellation policy?
Notify us immediately in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted. If there are questions stemming from a cancellation, we will be happy to discuss. However, please note that for a cancellation to be official, it must come in writing first to firstname.lastname@example.org
3 Day Camps: A full refund will be given should cancellation happen prior to the month of the scheduled session. Beginning the first day of the month at 12:00am EST through 24 hours before registration of your scheduled session, cancellations for any reason will be refunded 50 percent. Cancellations/early departures for any reason after the 24 hour window and during your camp session will not be refunded.
5 Day Camps: a $100.00 fee is in effect for any cancellation received before the first day of the month of camp. Beginning the second day of the month at 12:00am EST through 24 hours before registration of your scheduled session, cancellations for any reason will be refunded 50 percent. Cancellations/early departures for any reason after the 24 hour window and during your camp session will not be refunded.
No refunds are given to campers dismissed from camp for inappropriate behavior.
Is there parking?
There is parking on the Yard outside of the pool if you qualify for entry onto base (see above question about driving on base). If you can not drive onto base, there is ample parking in town on the street (be sure to read street parking signs) and in garages downtown. Anyone can walk onto the Yard via Gate 1/Visitor Center with a valid government ID. View map for details on where to find the pool.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
No. The Naval Academy is not set up like your typical college campus dining facility, there is no way to keep from cross contamination or get made to order foods.
Can I just attend one of the days?
No. Camps are designed as a comprehensive program.
